Hi!

I am a babyboomer that has seen so many changes already in my lifetime that I wonder when my brain is going to catch up. If ever!

I had wanted to start blogging just to try and keep a journal for myself and maybe join some social places to connect to other people and make friends. I spend a great deal of time alone and thought perhaps I could connect with people this way. I am not looking for dates or making personal connections with people.

I am married and have 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren so my life is very full at times. I just feel like my life is all about my family and kids. I want to learn more about myself and find areas I can grow in.

I have many many interests and would like to explore more of my interests without leaving the comforts of my home. I live on the shores of Lake Michigan which means I am interested in anything related to water activities. Boating, fishing, swimming, sitting on the shores on a hot summers evening, Star gazing, biking, festivals, and of course physic phenomenon are some of my interests. I am also involved with anything family related. That means getting involved with as many community activities and schools as I can.

I am not political but I do believe that each person can make a difference in our communities and I try to do my part.
